This little volume is an explanation and commentary on the 4th Way and its many ideas for self-mastery and awakening from sleep. The 4th Way was brought to the West by George Gurdjieff in the early 20th Century and later organized into an intellectual system for awakening by Peter Ouspensky. This is a condensed version of the same ideas in a easy to follow sequence. plus ideas of some of the students that came afterward.
