The Colors of Portland is about Victoria's discovery of God's heart towards our city. Cities are a big deal to God; look how he talks about Jerusalem throughout the scriptures with such love and good will. He sent Jonah to save Nineveh because he loved Nineveh. Cities are such a big deal Him that He ends the temporal history of man on Earth by bringing a city down from Heaven that He calls His dwelling place, where He will dwell with men (Revelation 21:1-3).
