The purpose is for the modern Karate practitioner to understand their own traditional forms and probable applications. Historical references from time honored masters are quoted and sound methods are presented to both code and decode Classical Kata of the Ryukyu Kingdom era through contemporary times. A congruent teachable syllabus can be created from the source material derived from the methods herein. It will create a value enriched syllabus for any karate instructor.
